We are Amalia and Saúl, born in Mexico City (CDMX). Together, we have worked in restaurants for almost 25 years and have learned a lot from it. With great effort, we applied to La Cocina and started participating in their incubation program in 2023. Our mission is to offer catering services with reasonably priced food and a wide variety of stews. We are committed to providing excellent service to offer exceptional experiences to our customers. For us, Mexican food means family, culture, tradition, music, and flavors.
