Can my organization table during market days?
If you are a non-profit or social service organization, we can provide room for you to set up tables in available open spaces in our market for free. No for-profit businesses are allowed and the service offered must be a community benefit. Please stop by to talk with us at the market information tent or email us at steve@hotcfarmersmarket.org to sign up.
CAN MY ORGANIZATION schedule a market tour?
To learn more about our vendors and how we operate, contact Steve at steve@hotcfarmersmarket.org to arrange a tour for your organization or stop by the market information tent to chat with our small staff team. We can provide a provider toolkit including a PowerPoint presentation and handouts to help your students learn about our unique market model and your clients take advantage of our food assistance programs.
CAN MY ORGANIZATION collect donations?
Our generous farmers donate hundreds of pounds of produce each market day for our most needy neighbors. If you are a community benefit organization, you can submit a request to collect donations from farmers on market days to steve@hotcfarmersmarket.org. If you are given permission to collect on your requested day, you must obtain a badge showing your approved status and provide containers to farmers who agree to donate. You are required to take all donated items with you and dispose of unwanted items off site.

Where IS THE MARKET located?
You can find us every Wednesday and Sunday year-round at San Francisco's Fulton Plaza near City Hall, located between the Main Library and the Asian Art Museum. Our Market Information Tent is at the intersection of Larkin and Fulton Streets.
Where DO I PARK?
While our centrally-located market is easily accessible by walking, biking, and public transportation (Civic Center BART/MUNI Metro Station (all lines) and MUNI F, 5, 6, 7, 9, 19, 21) we understand that some customers still need to drive and find parking. For customers that must drive, here are some options:
Free 90 min. parking is available in the Civic Center Garage underneath Civic Center Plaza. Entrance on McAllister St. between Polk St. and Larkin St. Pick up your vouchers for parking across from the market at 55 Larkin St. in front of the Helen Diller Civic Center Playground.
Metered street parking on Hyde St, Grove St, Larkin St. Please note that spaces marked Farmers Market Parking are reserved for farmers.
Trinity Place Garage. Parking garage accessible via 8th St. between Market and Mission, and accessible via Mission between 8th St. and Angelo’s Alley.
UC Hastings Garage. Law school parking garage, entrance on Larkin St. between McAllister St. and Golden Gate Ave.
Parking on Fulton Plaza on market days is reserved for farmers market staff and vendors only. For safety reasons, vehicles may not block access to Fulton Plaza at any time.
